EG America was seeking innovative ways to enhance the customer experience, increase in-store sales, and maximize the value of each location. With strong brand recognition at the pump, EG America wanted to capture more foot traffic inside the store while maintaining operational simplicity for employees and generating additional store income.
Objectives
EG America aimed to increase store traffic by drawing customers from the pumps into the store while growing in-store sales and putting cash in customers’ hands. They also sought to activate a minimal-footprint, low maintenance solution that required no staff involvement and added a new revenue stream, all without disrupting daily operations.
Solution
ecoATM deployed self-service kiosks at select locations in 2025, enabling customers to recycle their used devices for instant cash. Positioned near the store entrance, the kiosks provided a seamless way to attract customers beyond the fuel pumps and into the store.
